My absolute dream is to make artisanal yarn and have a farm of fiber critters that double as therapy animals. Honestly, the absolute dream. Will absolutely never happen.
I am currently authoring fiction books which was my childhood dream to be a writer.
If I were to start a new business right now, it would be a family historian. I love going through documents and photos. Kind of like genealogy but putting it all together in a nice presentation for the family to enjoy. Researching, deductions, and analysis is incredibly rewarding for me personally. I did a lot of that when I worked for a district attorney’s office and a sheriff’s office. Doing family history work would be hopefully less morale draining than researching crime, perpetrators, and victims. That takes a toll on you.
I have been researching my family tree on and off for the past few years and I have traced multiple lines back to very interesting periods of time, like Plymouth Rock. I would love to do that for other people. It is amazing how you can find out so much information with so little known to begin with.
