Do you vote in political elections?

I have voted in every election, since I registered to vote at eighteen. I am a firm believer that you cannot complain about the system unless you participate.

Am I always happy with the results? No. Do I respect the system for what it is? Yes. Do I hate that people try and change the outcomes? Yes.

I wish we could abolish the Electoral College. There was never any reason for it. We should go by the popular vote in the only federal election we have. The senate is already weighted to create equality among the states.

I also think all the primaries should be held on the same day for a federal election. I do not think certain states should have more attention than any other. I also feel those states are not indicative of the country at large. Having the primaries held at the same time would shorten the election season and quit allowing for voter fatigue.
