Personally, I like to exercise by not realizing I am exercising. Hiking is my preferred method, but I will also take a stroll around any outdoor venue. Zoos, seasonal agricultural festivals, corn mazes, walking tours, fruit picking, and other things of that nature.

When the weather is poor, I do get on my stationary bike. Sometimes I listen to music or read a book while I do that.

Now that the weather is nice, I can start taking the animals out for walks. That is always a fun time.

Gardening is also a lot of exercise. The lifting, the crouching, and all the other things that cause aches and pains when it is over. That is a lot of physical labor.

Exercise does not have to be extremely demanding. The most important thing is to get your body moving. If you have to trick yourself to do it, then do it.
