Who are your favorite people to be around?

Honestly, my favorite people to be around are my partner and my mom.

I was drawn to my partner for a reason, we get each other and the fact that we have our own obsessions with certain things. He is obsessed with D&D and other role playing tabletop games. Lately he has had a few video games he cannot get enough of. He collects tabletop miniatures and Fallout power armor memorabilia while I collect ponies and Monster High Dolls. I have video games that I still love from over ten years ago. We like to travel, go to museums, and take photos.

My mom and I have similar taste in television, movies, and books. She also likes to see stage shows and musicals. We both hate academy award winners while typically enjoying movies that get mediocre reviews. Together we like to enjoy a good meal and chat about life.

Basically, I like being around people that do not make me anxious. They understand me and enjoy me for who I am. While they may not always agree with me, they still respect my opinion and understand where I am coming from. Those are the best kinds of people to be around.
